Session 1 – Discovery - Discover Your Ideal Target Market. Setting your marketing goals as well as finding and focusing on a market that values what you have to offer are essential first marketing steps. Define your ideal client and uncover their buying patterns and hot buttons when it comes to your products and services.

Session 2 – Differentiate and Dominate - Creating a Unique Core Message. Most prospects view one business like another. When this perception exists you are left to compete on price. One of the most important marketing strategies the small business must master is the art of differentiation. Find what sets you apart from your competition; and that is important to your ideal clients.

Session 3 – The Product Service Package – Developing the Marketing Hourglass. Understanding the stages of a client allows you to move your target market from the status of “suspect” to “referral champion”. This is accomplished by developing marketing products and service offerings that address every aspect of the marketing hourglass.
