Introducing Australia Referral Engine Power Groups

The Referral Engine Power Group coaching program offers small business owners a systematic approach to generating word of mouth as a comprehensive marketing strategy. Based on the content of the Referral Engine book by John Jantsch, the program delivers the fundamental elements of one of the most important components of your marketing strategy: Referrals. While most small business owners acknowledge and understand that referrals drive a large part of their business most have not learned to manage the process. This program will provide you with the knowledge to stimulate conversations, collect leads, educate prospects, and convert those referrals into customers.

How does it work?

Referral Engine Power Groups bring together small business owners to collaborate and get feedback needed to develop a referral marketing system. Through this process each participant will:

  • * Create a step-by-step, documented referral marketing system based on your very specific target market.
  • * Develop referral marketing tools, letters, and offers that will help you generate a flood of new business.
  • * Devise a precise strategy for making referral marketing a component of your marketing strategy.
  • * Give and receive timely feedback on every aspect of your referral system.

The group is facilitated by a SBMA Duct Tape Marketing coach and utilises the on-line Duct Tape University system. This will be complimented by individual coaching sessions to review each participants implementation plan and an accountability check 30 to 60 days later to review results and progress.


Program Schedule

  • * Individual Consultation: Introduction, business evaluation and preparation.
  • * Duct Tape U Course Sessions: Online Content with group sessions to discuss, review and get feedback from group members
    • * Week 1 - Group Introductions, goal setting and system action plan for the program
    • * Week 2 - Define target referral market and core referral message
    • * Week 3 - Create referral education and strategic partner plan
    • * Week 4 - Create referral marketing offers, tools and follow-up system

  • * Group Wrap up - Review referral plan and follow-up system
  • * Individual Consultation: Accountability review of results
